"Ate in this “feels-like-home” restaurant last night. Had a great time and of course the food is so delicious! Love the atmosphere and how Lissa and Quinto (the owners) treat my daughter. They’re so accommodating and they make sure that their customers are all good. When we come visit to Puglia next time, we’ll make sure to stop and dine in La Pignata Da Lissa e Quinto. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Grazie mille e buon lavoro ragazzi!"

"The restaurant is small and charming. We sat inside about 18am and ordered different optios of bombette, pure, potatoes. It was little cold for us in, for inner place in December and had to wait about one hour all the plates to come. I think it was because they have only one lady, in the kitchen"

"Hidden away in a beautiful alley within old Cisternino, La Pignata is absolutely a foodie destination with Apuglian meats, great local wines, and delicious vegetable plates. Absolutely a highlight of the visit to Puglia. The host was the warmest we've had in our time here. Very friendly and engaging. PS best canoli ever"

"Incredible place! We tried the polpette al sugo and bombette, all homemade and excellent. The owner pays attention to every detail, and just like in the south of Italy, you end up wanting to take them home with you."
